Rental & payments

Monthly rent for storage containers and vehicle parking spaces is due as stated at signup on our secure portal. Rates for 8×10 shipping containers ($70/mo) and 10×40 RV/boat spaces ($50/mo) are published on our pricing page and may change with notice for new rentals.

Non-refundable fees

All paid fees and rent payments are non-refundable, including deposits and first-month charges processed through our online signup system, except where required by applicable law.

Cancellation — 48 hours

You may cancel a new online reservation within 48 hours of signup by contacting us at trailsidestoragetn@gmail.com or +1-423-223-5030, provided you have not taken possession of a unit or parking space (including use of a gate code to access the facility). After 48 hours, or after access begins, standard non-refundable terms apply.

No shipping / freight services

Trailside Storage provides self-storage containers and vehicle parking only. We do not offer shipping, freight, moving, packing, or delivery services. Tenants are solely responsible for transporting their property to and from the facility.

Access & use

The facility is accessible 24/7 via keypad. Gate codes are for the authorized tenant only and must not be shared. Cameras monitor the property. Illegal items, hazardous materials, and habitation in units or vehicles on site are prohibited. Tenants must keep spaces clean and secure their own locks on containers.

Liability

Property is stored at the tenant’s sole risk. Trailside Storage is not liable for loss, theft, damage, weather events, or vandalism. Tenants are encouraged to maintain their own insurance covering stored goods and vehicles.

Privacy

We collect contact and payment information needed to provide rentals (name, phone, email, payment details via our secure processor). We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with service providers who process payments or maintain our website, and when required by law. For privacy questions, email trailsidestoragetn@gmail.com.
