Commercial Parking
Semi Truck Parking in Huntsville, TN
Somewhere to drop the trailer for the night, or a monthly spot to keep the truck when you're home. Trailside Storage is a camera-monitored lot just off US-27 on the Huntsville–Oneida corridor in Scott County.
Nightly or monthly — whichever your run calls for
Most drivers who call us want one of two things, so we keep it simple.
Nightly
You're running US-27 through Scott County and you're out of hours, or you need to sit on a load before a morning delivery. Book the night through Truck Parking Club and you've got a spot waiting instead of hunting a ramp shoulder at 11 p.m.
Call ahead if you're coming in late — we'd rather confirm a space is open than have you roll up to a full lot.
Monthly
For owner-operators based around Huntsville, Oneida, Robbins, or Winfield who can't keep a tractor and trailer at the house — whether that's an HOA, a county setback, or a driveway that was never built for a 53-footer.
Same rig, same space, month after month. Call or email and we'll quote the monthly rate and tell you what's open — tractor only, trailer only, or both.
What the lot is actually like
No surprises when you pull in. Here's what you're getting, and what you're not.
24/7 keypad access
You get your own code and come and go on your schedule — 4 a.m. departures, Sunday night drops, whenever the load says. No office hours to work around and nobody to wake up.
Cameras on site
The lot is camera-monitored, so there's a record of who came and went while your truck sat. Worth something when you're leaving equipment for a couple of weeks.
Room to maneuver
It's an open lot, not a tight row wedged between buildings. That said, every rig is different — call before your first trip and we'll walk you through the approach and where to set up, so you're not backing blind in the dark.
And what it isn't
There's no fuel, no scale, no showers, no restaurant, and no shop on site. This is parking. If you need services, plan them into the run — we're a place to shut it down and a place to leave it, and we'd rather you know that before you commit than after.

Where we sit on the map
We're just off US-27 (Scott Highway), the main north–south route through Scott County. If you're running US-27 between Oneida and Harriman, or heading north toward the Kentucky line, we're a short pull off the highway rather than a long detour into town.
Headed for I-75? TN-63 runs east out of Huntsville and ties into the interstate, which puts the Knoxville and Corbin lanes within reach without repositioning the night before. Coming up from I-40, US-27 north through Harriman and Sunbright brings you straight to us.
Day to day, that makes this a practical base for anyone serving Huntsville, Oneida, Robbins, Winfield, Helenwood, and Fairview — close enough to home that you're not burning an hour each way to get to your truck.
